Why two prices - VAT Zero Rating
Some of the products online are designed specifically for the relief of chronic illness or disability and maybe purchased, by those eligible, without paying VAT. The VAT free prices are shown in brackets. For the products which do not illustrate prices in brackets, VAT relief cannot be claimed AND EVERYONE HAS TO PAY VAT.
You can qualify for VAT relief if you are chronically sick or disabled and are purchasing goods for personal and domestic use which are relevant to your disability. To claim VAT relief you must complete in full the declaration form located when you go to check out.
